InkTober Day 10

5 years since the day MLP:FiM first started and what a ride it has been so far! So much has happened since then and I've enjoyed almost every second of it. Now that the CMC have their cutie marks, I'm excited to see where things go from here on in and where their adventures take them. The episode was just fantastic; like Magical Mystery Cure, except it was actually good and the ending wasn't spoiled ahead of time! The pacing was a bit dodgy, there's only so much you can fit in a 22 minute episode, but it was still very well done I think. My one complaint I think would have to be the cutie marks themselves. I like that they made them all very similar to one another, like a team logo, but the colors seem to really clash with the character's color scheme. I think it would've been better if they had the shield colors somewhat match their color scheme, but I suppose you get what you get. It's probably just that I haven't gotten used to them yet. We'll find out sooner or later I suppose. Overall, it was a brilliant episode and the perfect way to celebrate 5 years of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic!
